HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 8, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties met in November, and petitioner recently sent proposed
permit language to respondent. Respondent is reviewing the language and preparing its
response. Petitioner agreed to file an additional 90-day deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 4, 2008 . The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently April 21, 2008.
