the hearing officer. The parties are awaiting the Board’s ruling on the motion for
summary judgment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 8, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
