HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 7, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. The property has been sold, and the compliance
issues have been resolved. The parties are waiting for the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency to review the proposed penalty amount.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 10, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
