HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 7, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are working together to provide financial assurance to the
dry cleaner fund for portions of the remediation not covered by the fund. The parties
hope to begin remediation within the next 30 days. Additionally, although the parties had
not contacted the hearing officer before the November 27, 2007 hearing officer order was
sent, they did contact the hearing officer later that same day.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 19, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
