HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On December 20, 2007, a telephonic status conference was held. The

complainant did not appear. The respondent represented that settlement discussions

continue. To that end, respondent’s answer is now due on or before January 31, 2008.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic

status conference on January 17, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be

initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own

appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
