HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 18, 2007, complainant filed a motion for extension of time until
December 31, 2007 to respond to respondents’ motion for reconsideration and motion to
stay the date of the final order. Complainant states that respondents’ motion is forty
pages long, complainant’s attorney is newly assigned to the case, and respondents will
not be prejudiced. Complainants motion is granted, and its response shall be due by
December 31, 2007.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
