HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 17, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant is reviewing respondent’s comments on the proposed settlement
agreement, and will discuss them with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on February 19, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
