HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 17, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties are still waiting for the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency’s comments on the proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 17, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
