HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 13, 2007, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondents
did not appear. The petitioner represented that it has forwarded a joint motion for stay to
the respondents for their review. Petitioner represented that it will file an additional 40-
day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on January 15, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
