HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 13, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it is involved in discussions
regarding internal issues and that it hopes that it will be able to forward a settlement letter
to the respondent prior to the next status conference. The petitioner represented that it
will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline to and including October 1, 2008.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on March 13, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled
without further order.
