HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 3, 2007, complainant’s attorney informed the hearing officer that the
settlement agreement would be filed with the Board as soon as she receives her Assistant
Attorney General appointment for the case. It is not known how much longer this may take, thus
a status conference will be set to ensure the case is not forgotten.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:45 a.m. on January 9, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
