HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 10, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent continues to review petitioner’s revised application. Petitioner
agreed to file an additional deadline waiver to July 24, 2008 within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 10, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is currently April 3, 2008.
