HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 10, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, respondent was
reviewing the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 10, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
