HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 10, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Petitioner will file a motion to voluntarily dismiss upon receipt
of respondent’s decision letter. Respondent’s attorney will check on the progress of the
letter. Petitioner agreed to file an open waiver of the decision deadline within the next
seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on February 11, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is March 20, 2008.
