hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. February 11, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
