HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner hopes that respondent will issue a draft
permit this week, and that the public comment period will conclude by January 15, 2008.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 29, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
