HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2007, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner did not appear. The parties continue to discuss settlement of the
remaining issue.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 4, 2008. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
