ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On November 13, 2007, Big Tony’s Lounge (petitioner) filed a motion to voluntarily
dismiss its appeal of an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) final decision. In
the final decision, the Agency rejected a proposed Corrective Action Plan Budget for petitioner’s
leaking petroleum underground storage tank site on Rt. 51 North, Cairo, Alexander County.
According to the motion, petitioner and the Agency have “resolved the issues in dispute.”
Motion at 1. The Board grants the motion, dismisses this appeal, and closes the docket.
