Dear Ms. Webb:

I am writing to you concerning the PDC proposal appealing the IEPA August 2007

denial for an expansion of its hazardous waste facility. This proposal/application is

almost identical to the proposal voted down by the Peoria County Board in May 2006.

Other citizens and I supported the vote by the Peoria County Board then and also their

vote on the denial of appeal in June 2007.

PDC's claim to be a generator of waste does not make any sense. Their application is an

atttompt to circumvent the local authority to regulate the siting of hazardous waste

Please DENY PDC's proposal.
