Dear Ms. Webb,

As a resident

of Peoria I am writing you to request the IL Pollution Control

Board uphold the Illinois EPA's denial of the Peoria Disposal Company

request for a Class 3 permit modification--case PCB 2008-025.

The claim of the disposal company that it is a waste generator is nonsense: it

is a legal trick to allow the company to continue to dump waste in our local

landfill and continue to endanger the properties of the aquifer that provides

much water to the city.

Please deny the Peoria Disposal Company's request for a permit expansion.
