HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 4, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The County will seek to enforce the Board’s default judgment
against Annette Topps, which may enable settlement with respondent Richard Jones.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on February 19, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
