HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 3, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The hearing set for December 12, 2007 is cancelled due to the unavailability of
complainant’s witness. A new hearing date of March 5, 2008 is proposed, and will be decided at
the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on February 5, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
