HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 3, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Petitioner has stopped production at this facility, and plans to
file a motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal before the next status conference. If the
motion is filed before the next status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no
further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 3, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
