HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 29, 2007, complainant informed the hearing officer that the environmental
consultant has prepared a closure report, and will submit it to the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 4, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
