HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 29, 2007, a telephonic status conference was held. The parties
represented that they are awaiting the decision of the United States Environmental
Protection Agency (Agency) on the Combined Pollutant Standard issue now before the
Agency.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 14, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
