HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 18, 2007, the Board directed petitioner to file an amended petition
addressing a number of informational deficiencies on or before November 17, 2007. On
November 16, 2007, the petitioner filed a motion for an extension of time to file its
amended petition to and including December 21, 2007. The petitioner represents that the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has no objection to its motion. The
petitioner’s motion is granted. Petitioner’s amended petition is now due on or before
December 21, 2007.
