HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2007, the complainant filed a motion requesting additional time
to respond to discovery requests. On November 19, 2007, the respondent filed a motion
for extension of time to answer discovery request and joined in complainant’s motion.
The parties motions are granted and a revised discovery schedule will be discussed at the
December 10, 2007, telephonic status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on December 10, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
