HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 27, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent has an agreement with a nearby property
development that has an agreement with the Village of Morton to provide respondent
with access to the Village’s public water supply. There are two pending applications
with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency that must be approved before anything
further happens. The parties will begin exchanging discovery on an informal basis, as it
is not known how long the Agency’s approval process will take.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on February 25, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
