In re: Comments on the Final Order in R07-2 and R07-11
Dear Mr. McCambridge:
After reviewing the final Order some errors and omissions were discovered. I
know that the docket is closed in this matter. If it is too late to make these
corrections in this docket, I request that the corrections be made in the next Safe
Drinking Water rulemaking.
Please note the following corrections:
1) Page 74, Section 611.381 (a), change to read as follows:
A supplier must use only the analytical methods specified in this Section
or their equivalents as approved by the USEPA Agency to demonstrate
compliance with the...
Reason:
This will be consistent with the federal regulation [141.131(a)(1)]
since only USEPA is allowed to approve an equivalent laboratory method.
