HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 19, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney was absent due to illness. Complainant
is waiting to see whether respondent still plans to file a motion for summary judgment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
