I. In response to violation of section 21(p)(1) of the Act, 415 ILCA 5/21(p)(1) resulting
litter. We did not allow or cause the open dumping of waste in any manner. The previous
business was a pallet shop which is the result of left over wood and equipment these materials
were enclosed in a building until the destruction of the building.
2. In response to
violation of Section 21(p)(3) of the Act, 415 ILCS 5/21(pX3) (2004)
resulting in open burning was due to a lack of knowledge and circumstance of limited
finances. The areas have been attended to with proper cleaning procedures.

In response to violation of Section 21(p)(7) of the Act, 415 ILCS 5/21/(p)(7) (2004) .
The construction debris was a result of a tornado which destroyed 80% of the entire
premises. Due to lack of finances debris has been cleaned up slowly but surety since
this is only being attended on my days off after working a 50 hour work week with my
employer.
Please review this information so I can complete the necessary clean-up
as
suggested.
If we are charged and expected to pay the fine we will definitely not have the money to
pay for dumpster and landfill. Thank you for your collaboration.
