HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Due to a scheduling conflict on the part of the hearing officer, the telephonic
status conference scheduled for November 14, 2007, was cancelled and was rescheduled
to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on January 24, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
