HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 14, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The complainant represented that she intends to properly file
and serve a motion for summary judgment in the above-captioned matter and the related
PCB 07-97 matter in the near future. The complainant was directed to review Section
101.304 of the Board’s procedural rules regarding service of documents.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on January 24, 2008, at 7:00 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
