HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 13, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are finalizing language for the proposed settlement agreement.
Petitioner agreed to file an additional deadline waiver to May 15, 2008 within the next seven
days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on January 14, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioners.
The decision deadline is currently March 20, 2008.
