HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 13, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. The parties’ meeting with the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency is on hold while complainant and the Agency resolve issues
not related to this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 13, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
