HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 8, 2007, the complainant informed the haring officer that it is
hopeful that the parties have resolved the above-captioned matter and that a draft of the
stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) will be circulated for review. To that
end, the discovery schedule is in abeyance and may be revisited at the next status
conference if needed.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on January 24, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further notice.
