HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 7, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner is still working on draft language
addressing compliance.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on December 11, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
