HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 5, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent just sent complainant an investigation plan, and the
parties will postpone discovery until the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has an
opportunity to review the plan.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 13, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
