    On March 1, 2007, Midwest Generation L.L.C. (Midwest Generation) filed a motion to
    stay this proceeding. On March 15, 2007, the Board granted the motion to stay and directed
    Midwest Generation to file a written status report 30 days after the Board’s final action in
    Proposed New Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) SO

    as final the CAIR rule on August 24, 2007, so that the status report was due by September 24,
    2007.
    On October 25, 2007, Midwest Generation filed the status report along with a motion to
    file

    . The Board grants the motion and accepts the status report. The Board notes that
    the hearing officer has already set this matter for a status conference with the hearing officer on
    November 29, 2007.
