HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 1, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The complainant represented that the respondent is in
compliance, however, the parties are still proceeding with settlement discussions. The
complainant represented that it will respond to the respondent’s latest settlement offer.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on January
10, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
