HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 29, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Within the next 30 days, the parties will find out whether
respondent will be able to access the public water supply from the Village of Morton.
Once this is determined, settlement discussions will begin. The parties agree that
respondent shall have an additional two weeks to answer the complaint.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on November 27, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
