HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 25, 2007, a telephonic status conference was held. The petitioner
informed the hearing officer that it intends to file a written status report pursuant to the
March 15, 2007, Board order. On October 25, 2007, the petitioner filed its written status
report and a motion for leave to file

.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on November 29, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
