HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 25, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties have been discussing a possible resolve in the
above-captioned matter and site visit was achieved subsequent the last status conference.
The respondent represented that it will provide the complainant a pollution prevention
plan prior to the next status conference for its review. By agreement, respondent’s answer
or other pleading is now due on or before January 10, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on December 13, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
