HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 29, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties agree that the issues in this docket are substantially
similar to issues already under consideration by the Board in other active appeals. When
those issues are resolved, the parties will resume discussions on this appeal. The parties
may contact the hearing officer to change the date of this status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 2, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
