HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 22, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Although the parties had previously agreed that written
discovery would be answered by October 19, 2007, the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency has not responded to complainant’s requests. The discovery schedule may need
to be revised, as complainant decides how to proceed without the Agency’s
documentation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 22, 2008. The telephone status conference will
be initiated by the complainant.
