HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 23, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties are trying to schedule a meeting to discuss
outstanding issues. Petitioner’s attorney agreed to file an additional deadline waiver, but
could not say how long without speaking to petitioner. If the waiver does not extend to at
least April 17, 2008, the status conference scheduled below will be automatically reset
for December 3, 2007 at 9:30am with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 8, 2008 . The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently February 21, 2008.
