HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 22, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s consultant continues to conduct groundwater tests to determine
the feasibility of burying the affected portions of the site. The parties waiting for rain to
determine how high the water might rise.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
