HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 22, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant will endeavor to
perform its own review of respondent’s financial information without input from the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on December 3, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
