On October 16, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. A hearing will be held on November 6, 2007. The parties agree
that petitioner’s brief will be due by November 16, 2007, respondent’s brief will be due
by November 28, 2007, and petitioner’s reply will be due by December 3, 2007.
The decision deadline is January 10, 2008.
