HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 11, 2007, petitioner Waste Management of Illinois Inc. (WMII) informed the
hearing officer that it will file an additional waiver of the statutory decision deadline, to and
including January 24, 2008.
In light of the additional waiver, the revised and agreed to briefing schedule is as follows.
The respondent’s post-hearing brief is now due to be filed on or before October 29, 2007.
WMII’s reply brief, if any, is due to be filed on or before November 23, 2007.
